Privacy Policy

This policy covers ShareCo Development Inc. (“ShareCo”, “we”), a Canadian corporation, and applies to this website and our communications with you. It is written to be read, not skimmed. It is not legal advice to you.

The short version

The LinePDF managed package runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. It makes no external callouts and transmits no data to us, ever. We could not read your Salesforce data if we wanted to. The only personal information we hold is what you send us directly: through this website's forms, by email, or through billing.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect what you typed: typically your name, work email, company size, and a description of your document problem. When you email us, we keep the correspondence. When you buy something, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment details; we never see full card numbers. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and debugging.

What we don't collect

No data from inside your Salesforce org. No advertising trackers. No analytics that follow you across the web. No sale or rental of personal information to anyone, ever.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver what you bought, invoice you, and, if you asked about the product, to follow up about it. Every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe, and “stop” means stop. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and PIPEDA.

Where it lives and how long

Form submissions and email live with our hosting and email providers, retained while we have a business relationship with you or an open conversation, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Billing records are retained as Canadian tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@shareco.ca. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're unsatisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken it.
